Marbella has the most visited luxury home of the summer in Andalusia


The majority of Spaniards acknowledge looking for luxury homes that they cannot afford, a more frequent pastime in the summer months, according to a survey published by the Idealista portal. One more year, the Spanish have fantasized about dream homes, mansions and palaces this summer. In Andalusia, the most visited luxury home is in Marbella, in Sierra Blanca, its price? €17 million.

It is a villa built in 2021, in Sierra Blanca. It has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, as well as a swimming pool, garden and garage. All this in 1,748 square meters and with sea views. As the advertisement in Idealista describes, the materials used for its construction are stone and marble that keep the property cool in summer and warm in winter, and it exudes a mixture of neoclassical style with a modern touch.
