Glamping, a new way to go camping in Malaga

Sleeping in a giant transparent bubble and immersed in nature is an experience that more and more Malagans choose to unwind on their vacations.

Being surrounded by nature and observing the stars during a camping trip is something that is never lacking during the holidays. But now going camping can be an activity of luxury and sophistication, as if it were a 4-star hotel.

You just have to change the tent for a giant transparent bubble. This is a new phenomenon called glamping.

A trend that is in crescendo and that gathers more and more followers in Malaga. In fact, there are already several places that offer this experience. Going camping can be an activity of luxury and sophistication, as if it were a 4-star hotel.

Before naming them, we must know what this new concept is. The term ‘glamping’ is an anglicism that unites the sum of “glamour” and “camping”. And that explains your concept very well.

In short, glamping consists of staying in already created, luxurious and independent rooms. These are installed in enclaves surrounded by an extraordinary landscape, with the aim of integrating into nature.

Although it may seem new, this form of tourism emerged in the late 19th century when kings or wealthy travelers from Europe and America visited colonies in Asia or Africa. These camped without giving up their lifestyle, in tents full of luxuries.

Features

More and more people are choosing a glamping as a vacation option. This concept stands out for its originality and privacy, since they are usually small isolated rooms in the middle of nature.

In addition, crowds are avoided since it is a place isolated from noise. Its advantage over conventional campsites is that you can go at any time of the year, since being isolated you can observe the sky and nature in any season.
