inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This beautiful and mountainous white town of just 8,000 inhabitants located about 7 km from the Costa del Sol, near Estepona, exceeds the second on the list, Calvi\u00e0 (Balearic Islands), by 350,000 euros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"voc-p\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Very close to the first location is one of the most paradigmatic enclaves of luxury and exclusivity in Spain, so it is not surprising that it occupies third place in the classification.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Marbella presents an average price of 1,307,978 euros<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0and closes the triptych of locations above one Fuengirola (22nd), as well as the Granada municipality of Almu\u00f1\u00e9car (23rd), the Cadiz town of The Port of Santa Mar\u00eda (24th), Manilva (28th). <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">and Malaga capital (29th).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"voc-c-container\">\n<h3 class=\"voc-d-c__s-title\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Same leaders in rentals<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"voc-p\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">As for the prices of rental homes, the podium shown by the Idealista report does not change.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: cities in Andalusia climb positions in rental prices compared to purchase prices, since\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Estepona is seventh<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0on the list with 2,042 euros per month, Mijas eleventh with 1,464 and El Puerto de Santa Mar\u00eda twentieth, with an average rent already below the thousand euros, with 978 per month. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Fuengirola (25th)
