\nThe majority of Spaniards acknowledge looking for luxury homes that they cannot afford, a more frequent pastime in the summer months, according to a survey published by the Idealista portal. <\/span>One more year, the Spanish have fantasized about dream homes, mansions and palaces this summer. <\/span>In Andalusia, <\/span><\/span>the most visited luxury home is in Marbella,<\/span><\/span><\/strong> in Sierra Blanca, its price? <\/span>\u20ac17 million.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is a <\/span><\/span>villa built in 2021,<\/span><\/span><\/strong> in Sierra Blanca. <\/span>It has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, as well as a swimming pool, garden and garage. <\/span>All this in 1,748 square meters and with sea views. <\/span>As the advertisement in Idealista describes, the materials used for its construction are stone and marble that keep the property cool in summer and warm in winter, and it exudes a mixture of neoclassical style with a modern touch.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On the lower level there is <\/span><\/span>a spa with an indoor pool, <\/span><\/span><\/strong> Hammam and sauna. <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Also a wine cellar and a bar with games room for the entertainment of owners and guests. <\/span>On this level there is a laundry area and separate apartment and a large garage for three large cars.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All levels of the house are connected through an <\/span><\/span>elevator<\/span><\/span><\/strong> that also reaches the <\/span><\/span>solarium area,<\/span><\/span><\/strong> where there is a bar, open cinema and chill out with open panoramic views of Marbella, Puerto Ban\u00fas, Gibraltar, Africa and the sea.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
