For those people who want to acquire a home, the auctions of the State Agency of the Official State Gazette (BOE) may be an opportunity. <\/span>We are dealing with properties that have been expropriated or that the owners are not able to continue paying and are put up for auction at a much lower price.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Anyone can participate in the auction. <\/span>You only have to register on the BOE’s electronic auction portal and <\/span><\/span>make a minimum deposit<\/span><\/span><\/strong> through your bank account to ensure that you do not bid for nothing, but rather with the real intention of buying.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Where are houses auctioned in Andalusia?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

In Andalusia there are more than a hundred properties available, including homes, plots, commercial premises and high-end cars, with Almer\u00eda, Granada, M\u00e1laga and Seville as the main destination provinces:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Sevilla: 17In Almer\u00eda (23) we can find a pair of homes from 7,655.78 euros, located at CL\/ Del Ingenio, 55 and CL\/Mariana Pineda 5 or a single-family home in La Mojonera (Almer\u00eda), with a value of 238,171.00 euros auctioned from 134,710.93 euros.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In C\u00e1diz (9) some houses in Arcos or Algeciras stand out, for less than 60,000 euros, and in C\u00f3rdoba (3) a house is available in CL\/Escritor Carrillo Laso, 8B, starting at 6,457.74 euros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    There is a greater supply in Granada (20), where garages, storage rooms and rustic properties predominate. <\/span>As far as homes are concerned, a single-family semi-detached in Armilla within the El Mexuar Urbanization stands out, with three floors, a covered terrace and a turret with a total useful area of \u200b\u200b194 square meters, valued at 230,414.00 euros, while the amount that claimed is 185,852.84 euros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    In Huelva (4) and Ja\u00e9n there is little supply. <\/span>Just a couple of assets in Puebla de Guzm\u00e1n and a rustic property in Isla Cristina, in the case of Huelva land, and two garages and a single-family house in Torredonjimeno, if we are interested in acquiring in Ja\u00e9n (3).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    In Malaga (22) the supply of storage rooms and parking spaces is extensive and several homes in Benahav\u00eds are striking, a town where the most expensive house in Spain is located. <\/span>Specifically in the <\/span><\/span>El Para\u00edso Urbanization<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , where you can get half-price apartments valued between 200,000 and 340,000 euros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
